At SKI & FLY, each piece is productions with intention and care. We accept returns with 9 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • in original packaging

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 9 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are refused or returned to sender are not eligible for refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items 
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or washed items

Return Approval

Returns must be approved by SKI & FLY before being sent back.

Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
